The article reports that the Phippine Court of Appeals has issued a resolution ordering the Philippine Savings Bank and Standard Chartered Bank to freeze immediately the accounts under the name of Ruth Ramos Ochavez, Filipino wife of a British national facing charges of fraud scam in Great Britain.
