ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the new upcoming cablers and telecommunication entrants in Colorado. It was found that Colorado-based companies offered a tough competition to new companies because they are using broadband stimulus funds offered under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of the U.S. for the development of plants. It reports that EAGLE-Net Alliance received the largest grants to provide broadband services to schools, libraries and health-care center across the U.S.
