ABSTRACT
The article focuses on curation, an activity which allows consumers to filter items from a variety of sources and find the right products to fit their lifestyle. It cites some of the benefits that retail companies are getting from the social media site called Pinterest including an increase in referrals to their own websites and market research. The Daikanyama T-Site of Japanese chain store Tsutaya and the C. Wonder retail concept from Christopher Burch are also discussed.
