ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the role of customer reviews and Internet marketing in the success of a business. It refers to a report, from digital marketing company Confluence, which says that online reviews encourages customers to trust a business and allows marketing efforts to reach customers. It says that these reviews also increases search rankings. It is suggested to add a QR (Quick Response) code to the invoice or to request reviews after a service call or installation.
