ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the most commonly used online social networks in the healthcare social media sector. Facebook is being used by physician practices and health systems to post videos to educate patients and connect on a personal level. Twitter is being used by larger health systems to share information, publicize events, and connect with other health organizations. Healthcare organizations use YouTube like a personal television station that can be shared with viewers worldwide.
