The article focuses on Arctic region. It states that Arctic sea level reached its lowest level in 2012 because of continuous oil drilling activities by Russian oil industry which spills 30 million barrels of oil each year. It further states that melting of ice in the Arctic region has resulted in global climatic changes which can be prevented by banning oil drilling activities and that's why executives of the Greenpeace International organization launched a campaign to stop such activities.
