ABSTRACT
The author focuses on the Second Amendment stating the necessity of a well regulated militia for the security of the U.S. The author argues that the idea that gun ownership is sacred continues to sacrifice children and fellow citizens. Moreover, the refusal to have restrictions on guns means that people can get semi-automatic weapons and high-capacity magazine and do what they want which is the National Rifle Association of America's (NRA) agenda which is to have any gun, any time, anywhere.
