ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the concept of the International Katrina Project Inc. headed by professor Eelco Dykstra in Washington D.C. It explores the factors that lead to the development of the project and reveals its mission of encouraging the people to look at the issues of crisis management from a different angle. It also notes that the project is comprised of innovators who want to take part in the mass brainstorming exercise of identifying problems and working towards solutions.
