ABSTRACT
The article discusses police accountability and the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in relation to police officers and their use of non-lethal weapons such as tasers as of January 2013, focusing on several legal cases which were filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
