February 2013
Filipino Reporter;2/8/2013, Vol. 41 Issue 10, p44
The author talks about his conversation with former Philippine President Joseph Estrada who is running for mayor in the City of Manila in 2013. Estrada claims that Urban Renewal will be a key feature of his program aside from upgrading of services such as in health, sanitation and peace and order as a survey had reportedly ranked Manila 36th among 38 major cities. Also discussed are Manila's alleged missing revenue collections and allowances of city personnel, and its huge outstanding debt.
