Electronic commerce retailers are expected to use age, gender, marital status and social media profiles to personalize the shopping experience and to offer loyalty points to shoppers. Electronic commerce sales growth is also expected to continue in 2013, with an increase in Web traffic that focuses on capturing as much information as possible from visitors.
