The article offers the author's perspective regarding the benefits of linear qualifications in student learning in Great Britain. It notes that the greatest benefit of linear qualifications is that it creates more space to learn compared to modularisation. It emphasizes that the importance of creating exciting, challenging and relevant curricula must continue to be a goal for all education and assesessment organisations.
