The article offers the author's perspective regarding the importance of contract drafting in legal teaching and scholarship. It mentions concerns raised on the growing disjunction between legal education and the legal profession. The author emphasizes the need for law schools to teach law students on contract drafting in order to improve students' understanding interpreting contracts.
