ABSTRACT
The article presents brain-favorable approaches to teaching and learning. According to the author, there is no need for teachers to use complex textbooks or spend on commercial product to explain how the brain works as they can read articles on the brain and share their knowledge with other students. Grant Wiggins and Jay McTighe said they used soccer in their book to emphasize the authentic purpose for learning specific skills and knowledge.
