ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's views on technological innovations in library services. He talks about his old columns, and old chat and e-mails about those columns. He says that since the publication of his column about IM Reference in May 2012, it has become normal and expected library service in the nearly 2 years. He also talks about his columns about location-based social networking site foursquare and QR codes. He also discusses how library service will change in the year 2012.
