The article reports on a January 2013 announcement from Kathleen Sebelius, the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in which Sebelius indicated that 106 Medicare accountable care organizations had been formed as a result of the U.S. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
