The article focuses on the exercise trend in Puerto Rico, wherein according to the "CARRIBEAN BUSINESS" poll, 34% of Puerto Ricans had their regular exercise. It says that the 34% result from the poll conducted in 2013 has a healthy increase from the 31% in 2012, and 29% in 2011. Editor Lara Tapia states that the worsened health conditions in Puerto Rico such as obesity, are the reason why the people start to exercise.
