ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's views on gun control in the U.S. He comments that policies that define responsible gun behavior need to be instituted. He remarks that it is needed to make clear that gun deaths are often not a matter of bad guys versus good guys if the number of deaths by firearms is to be diminished.
