ABSTRACT
The article presents a correction to an amendment of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) regulations relating to the immigration benefits business transformation. According to the DHS, it will correct technical errors in its published final rule which will amend regulations enabling the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to transform its business processes. It announces that the correction will take effect on April 17, 2013.
