ABSTRACT
The article discusses research which examines the pathobiology and treatment of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The study uses a combined induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from idiopathic PAH) patients and next generation sequencing. It hypothesizes that endothelial cells (ECs) derived from fibroblast iPSCs will indicate functional abnormalities related to gene variants in IPAH patients.
