ABSTRACT
The article discusses the power of coaching in professional rugby. It describes coaching as about mental toughness, decision-making, attitude and preparing the players to take accountability and drive peak performance. It looks at the situations in the Six Nations rugby tournament between France, Ireland, Wales, Italy, Scotland and England, and the passion of three of the best coaches for the Blues rugby team.
