ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the temporary change in the enforcement date of a special local regulation for a recurring marine event in the Fifth Coast Guard District, held on the Atlantic Ocean, offshore of Atlantic City, New Jersey by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. It states that the marine event which was formerly originated on the third Sunday in July, will now be held on the fourth Sunday in June, and rule will be effective on June 23, 2013 only.
