ABSTRACT
The article discusses the incorporation of cable management to the construction of racking or solar support system for photovoltaic arrays to ensure durability and long-term functionality. It informs that wire mesh cable management is in full compliance with National Electrical Code 2011 with regards to cabling methods. It cites as an example the 12.5 megawatt solar facility of Lincoln Renewable Energy which only took two months to build as a result of a prefabricated support system.
