ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the benefits of eating vegetarian diet. It states that opting to become vegetarian can help get rid of various health problems like heart diseases, diabetes, and cancer. It advocates a new category of diet called flexitarian. A flexitarian diet is the combination of both, vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
