ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's insight on the prohibition of dangerous weapons in the U.S. as shootings and violence in the nation are increasing. She confirms that a majority of the Supreme Court believes that the Second Amendment protects an individual's right to possess dangerous weapons. The author also argues on mentally ill's right to privacy and arms possession as they are dangerous.
