ABSTRACT
The article reports on developing diversity and inclusion strategies in the corporate sector in the U.S. It is that the sector has been at the forefront of facilitating diversity and reviewing the implications of a rapidly changing workforce for quite some time. There has been an influx of diverse talent into all professional sectors.
