ABSTRACT
In the article teoretiko-methodological principles of financial policy are considered in providing of innovative development of Ukraine. The purpose of the article consists in research of socioeconomic essence of budget and his role in realization of socioeconomic processes of Ukraine. At writing the articles were used such methods: statistical, method of comparison and obobschenya, dialectical, method of deduction and ekonometrichnyy methods.
