ABSTRACT
The article discusses the concept of intuition and how it can be used as a skill or primal behaviour by triathletes. In the Oxford English Dictionary, intuition refers to the ability to acquire knowledge without using inference and/or use of reason. It is said that one can become more intuitive only from repetition and observation and begin removing things that result to sub-optimal performance. Getting rid of distractions is considered a key to becoming a more intuitive athlete.
