ABSTRACT
In this article, the authors discuss on issues regarding the same sex marriage and its legalization in several states of the U.S. One of the author mentions that marriages are recognized in many states for federal benefit purposes. The other author highlights that some same-sex couples are entering into enforceable prenuptial agreements or postnuptial agreements. The also discuss on what should be done by couples who want to get married in the state of Arizona.
