ABSTRACT
This article discusses why candidates running for public office detest fundraising. The author offers three main reasons bets hate fundraising and they are first, fundraising can be tedious, boring and repetitious. Second, it offers a steady stream of rejection, refusal and dismissal from friends, associates and total strangers. And third, fundraising is emotionally distressing for lazy people.
