ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the rules and regulations implemented by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). A final rule which approves the revisions to the monitoring rules in the Indiana state implementation plan (SIP) is highlighted. Another rule which announces the deletion of the Hooker Superfund Site in Niagara Falls, New York from the National Priorities List (NPL) is outlined.
