Combined antiretroviral therapy has changed HIVinfected patients life prognosis by decreasing AIDS-defining morbidity and general mortality. It has been proven that the highest adherence level is linked with the specific daily-taken pills number. The reduction of daily-taken pills number leads to decrease in mistakes linked with following drug doses and, as a result, to decrease of drug resistance development. Presently, fixed dose combination combined specimens are recommended as first-line therapy in almost all HIV-infected naive patients.
