ABSTRACT
The article features the Murombe-1 well located at 220 kilometers (km) northwest pf Walvis Bay, Namibia having a water depth of 1,391 meters (m). It notes the objective of the well which is to test the potential source of the Barremian aged turbidite reservoirs that have a well-define seismic amplitude anomaly on the PSDM three-dimensional (3D) data set. The well is owned by the HRT Participações em Petróleo SA through is subsidiary HRT Walvis Petroleum Ltd.
