ABSTRACT
The article reports on the nuclear program being planned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to businessman Hussein Shobokshi, the program involves construction of the first nuclear reactor in the region. Shobokshi considers the initiative as peaceful yet ambitious. Based on the report "The Saudi Nuclear Program," published by "A-Sharq Al Awsat" newspaper, the program will also include building of smaller mobile reactors.
