ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the planned use of social media to achieve organizational goals. It suggests three ways in which online services can be utilized for the goal including clarification in marketing goals to attract customers for new product, involvement of related issues, topics of the goal to encourage customer's interest in the same and presence of relevancy in information for the product. It suggests online marketing to be done with structural marketing strategies.
