The problem of the professional-economic responsibility formation is actual due to the social-pedagogical order of our society that obliges the system of education to educate the person who has such a professional strength as the social and the moral-legal relations in connection with his facing up the moral responsibility and the professional duties; and these are to be followed by a person while solving some professional tasks in accordance with the accepted norms and rules of one's performance. The output of one's professional performance, one's orientation towards the satisfaction of these or those public needs and thus the aspiration the output of one's professional performance satisfies the society depend upon whether a person has the professional-economic responsibility formed or not.
