ABSTRACT
The article reports on the corporate reorganization initiative of Times Mirror Magazines in 1993. The restructuring move has affected the roles of nearly all its senior executives and shifts the company's focus to marketing from sales. The changes include creation of a division to develop brand extensions and revenue streams as well as a management structure designed to link the company's related properties. A major component of the move is the creation of a brand development division headed by Executive Vice-President Patricia Campbell. The group will create marketing programs that can cut across Times Mirror's magazines.
