States that because the impact of a 197 ft. Hyatt Hotel on a long dormant project to extend runway 14/32 at Boston's Logan Airport was not considered in the FAA's 1991 ruling that the hotel poses `no hazard,' several aviation groups have asked the FAA to withdraw its ruling.
