ABSTRACT
States that Mexican police recently discovered a 1,450-foot-long tunnel believed to have been built by drug dealers tied to last month's murder of Cardinal Juan Jesus Posadas Ocampo. The tunnel, which would have linked warehouses in Tijuana and San Diego, was a few hundred feet short of completion.
