ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the coming and going of the global corporation in the different countries. The notion of global has become so pervasive that it has become a paradigm for moving forward in the business world. The globalization trend is not a universal recipe for success. There are companies that have failed there are companies that have turned back and there are companies that have profited from the niches left in the wake of those moving toward more universal products and management practices. The article aims to clear up some of the myths surrounding the global corporation.
