Reports on a bomb explosion on July 18, 1994 which struck a seven-story building housing several Jewish organizations in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Destruction of largest collection of Jewish literature in Latin America noted; Linking of Hezbollah and Partisans of God organizations to bombing.
