ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the increasing causalities of the U.S. citizens in War of Attrition against undocumented immigrants in reference to the court case Ruiz v. Robinson. Topics discussed include federal immigration laws for expelling out the undocumented immigrants from the U.S., restrictions on the undocumented immigrants for their access to public benefits and benefits of public education to them. It also discusses the laws declining their rights of free primary and secondary education.
