ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to the law of nuclear power plant as of December 1, 2013. Tri-National Association for Nuclear Protection has suspended the operation of the Fessenheim nuclear power plant in France. Nuclear Regulatory Authority's (NRA) has approved the completion of the Mochovce nuclear power plant in Slovakia. Federal Supreme Court denied an appeal to withdraw the operating licence for the Mühleberg nuclear power plant in Switzerland.
