ABSTRACT
The article examines legal education in the U.S. and reflects on the problems occurring in legal education and legal profession in the U.S. It explains how legal education is offering ways for socio-economic development for law students and highlights the statistical data regarding the employment of law school graduates. It suggests that law schools should adapt their curriculums according to the changing landscape in the legal profession.
