ABSTRACT
The article discusses how a family council has helped the Daniels family in transferring their 255-year-old business, Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort in Foxborough, Massachusetts, from the seventh to the eight generation. A brief historical overview of the Normandy Farms is presented. Details relating to the creation of a family council in the camping resort are also presented. A list showing the Normandy Farms Family Council Code of Conduct is included.
