ABSTRACT
The article discusses loneliness in leaders in the organization and also reveals several strategies to overcome corporate isolation. It reveals that lack of connection outside the workplace, suffering from poor sleep habits, and broken relationships are the main reasons of loneliness. It reveals that by setting up specific goals, diversity in the workplace, and effective communication can help in overcoming isolation.
