ABSTRACT
Reports that the first phase of a study to determine the prevalence of AIDS and HIV exposure in the U.S. was postponed to July 28, 1988 because of concerns voiced by Washington, D.C. health officials. Concern that insufficient planning had gone into the project and that the survey would create a credibility problem that would complicate the city's HIV tracking efforts.
