Sanford, member of the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York, will be the keynote speaker for Families of Victims Against Violence (FOVAV) 4th annual Day of Remembrance, on March 15, 1997. Convocation of families who have lost their loved ones to violence; Display of the Memorial Quilt which was created by FOVAV members.
