ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the environmental privacy concerns in Article 8 European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). Topics include the case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), which states that environmental-related obligations are not covered by Article 8, the legal principles and requirements in ECHR, and private life interferences. It also highlights the case law of the Court of Strasbourg on Article 8 ECHR and the suggested systematic legal framework to assess interferences.
