ABSTRACT
The article reports on a deal signed between electronics firm Toshiba Corp and energy company GDF Suez as of 2014 which will result in Toshiba's acquisition of 60 percent stake and GDF Suez 40 percent holding in nuclear energy company NuGeneration Ltd (NuGen).
